An exposition of Psalm 3.

It was a very difficult circumstance which led King David to pen the words of this Psalm. At a time when we would suspect his mind to be engaged with a fog of confusion, shaking with much trepidation and pricked to the core with tremendous hurt, he was nevertheless able to get a good night’s sleep. This Psalm provides an excellent guide to help all of God’s afflicted people secure a good night’s sleep in the midst of great distress.
